AI Strategy | Innovation Leader
I work on AI strategy, corporate innovation, and early-stage startup growth.
That means helping Fortune 1000 companies build smarter AI capabilities, form meaningful partnerships with emerging tech, and rethink how they develop talent and ideas internally. I also advise founders, lead executive workshops, and publish weekly essays on how we think, design, and decide through a lens that combines systems thinking, behavioral logic, and first-principles strategy.
If the work sounds broad, it's because it is. I bridge domains that don’t usually speak to each other: design teams and data scientists, bank execs and bootstrapped founders, public policy and product development. The common thread? Teaching people to think better before they build.
Where I help
-
Strong companies begin with clarity: who you are, what you do, and how you innovate. I help founders and teams lock these in early so they don’t waste years circling. That foundation shapes better products, sharper strategy, and faster growth.
-
Startups want access. Corporates want certainty. I work in the middle—helping both sides cut through the noise, align expectations, and create partnerships that deliver outcomes instead of stalled pilots.
-
I help people start, get unstuck and get ahead with AI.
That means shaping strategy, enabling teams and building the scaffolding that turns experiments into impact. My work is about making AI part of every step of everyone’s process.
