AI Strategy | Innovation Leader

I work on AI strategy, corporate innovation, and early-stage startup growth.

That means helping Fortune 1000 companies build smarter AI capabilities, form meaningful partnerships with emerging tech, and rethink how they develop talent and ideas internally. I also advise founders, lead executive workshops, and publish weekly essays on how we think, design, and decide through a lens that combines systems thinking, behavioral logic, and first-principles strategy.

If the work sounds broad, it's because it is. I bridge domains that don’t usually speak to each other: design teams and data scientists, bank execs and bootstrapped founders, public policy and product development. The common thread? Teaching people to think better before they build.

Where I help

  • Strong companies have strong foundations, and I think it comes down the three main things. You have to know who you are. You have to know what you do. And you have to know how to innovate.

None of these are very easy to do by yourself. Elevate yourself by joining the Discord at the bottom of the page. Take control by joining my Patreon and I'll help you zero in.

  • Ohio is big, and Ohio wants to help! From Accelerators to Venture to Non-Dilutive to Innovation Districts.... the list goes on!

I don't pretend to know about them all, but I do all I can to position companies in the best place to benefit from ecosystem contributors.

  • I've prioritized roles across the region to position myself as a steering partner across the ecosystem to help drive subjective collaboration.

This is important because I am a loud voice for young companies among corporations especially when it comes to how difficult it is for young companies to work with corporates, and the results have become a flywheel.
